Ewoud Soenen, the driving force behind Nickel.’art, has been actively pursuing his career since 1995.
He initially trained as a plasterer and worked in his profession for several years.
His interest in colors and creating with fine plasters led to the founding of his sole proprietorship in 1999.
Ewoud worked for Bernard De Clerck in 2000 en 2001 ,collaborated on numerous decorative projects, worked for restauration company Artes Woudenberg,as well as numerous projects for both private individuals and businesses.
International collaborations have included Carter Tyberghein( London) en Odette Hayer ( Amsterdam)
With the rise of microcement, he develop his own product and currently focuses on the Tenerife market.
He is, of course, still passionate about fine plaster techniques and offers them at competitive prices.
